Refund Policy

We want you to be able to evaluate Panwright before you pay, and to leave easily if it isn't for you.
Free trial
New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. You can cancel from within the app (Settings → Manage billing) or by contacting us.
Monthly subscription
After the trial, Panwright is $20 USD per month and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, and refunds are issued by Paddle. If you were charged in error, experienced a technical problem that prevented you from using the Service, or are otherwise unsatisfied, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle. Refund handling is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Paddle will automatically retry your payment method for a period. Your access may pause if the payment is not resolved. Updating your card in the billing portal restores access once a charge succeeds.
